Dustin Reiling has been in the roofing industry since 2000 and lives in Sanger with his family. Rooftop Solutions works out of Flower Mound, across Denton and Dallas counties and down into the Metroplex.
The thing that shaped the company is the claim rather than the roof. In a hail market the roofing itself is broadly the same job from one contractor to the next, and the difference between a homeowner who is made whole and one who is out several thousand dollars is whether somebody read the carrier’s scope carefully and asked for what was missing. That is a desk job, it takes a particular temperament, and most roofing crews leave it to whoever sold the job.
So it is a role here. Jordan prepares the estimates and talks to the carriers. Krystal runs permits and city inspections. Izik handles scheduling and materials, and served in the Navy before this. Brody runs the field team and mentors the newer people on it. Evan has been with Dustin since 2016 and Charles since 2015, and customers still ask for both of them by name.
